The Illini are back for one more round of action in Champaign! This Friday at 7 p.m., come out and watch the overall #3 seeded Fighting Illini take on the Chippewas of Central Michigan in NCAA tournament action! The FIRST 100 Spike Squad members will get in free - after that, tickets are $6 for a single match and $8 for all 3 weekend games. As always, we'll have freeze pops ready to go to help you enjoy your Friday in style, so come out and cheer the Illini on to their first NCAA tournament victory of the 2011 postseason! A Spike Squad chair will be at the first Friday match (Marquette vs. Western Kentucky, 4:30 p.m.) with tickets for any Spike Squad members wishing to attend both first-round games. Make sure to be there by 5 p.m. with your Illini Pride card and enter through the main West entrance of Huff!
After basketball takes down Gonzaga at Assembly Hall, grab some dinner and head over to Huff for the NCAA 2nd round game! With a win over Central Michigan Friday, the Illini will be taking on either Marquette or Western Kentucky in a bid to move on to their third consecutive Sweet Sixteen. As with Friday's match, the first 100 Spike Squad members will get in free!
